A: The TBox product has "EM/EAU/JP/NA" imprinted on its rear. If you're using the EAU variant of the TBox in Japan, we suggest opting for a SIM card from Docomo or SoftBank for the best performance and compatibility.
Q:How to update AirPlay Adapter AI BOX ?
A:There are two options for updating the TBox:
Plan A: Use a micro SD card and connect it to an Car Head Unit:
Format the micro SD card to FAT32 and transfer the update package to the root directory of the card.
Insert the micro SD card into the AirPlay Adapter AI BOX and click "update" when prompted by the system.
Monitor the progress. The TBox Plus will automatically enter the upgrade process, which takes around 5 minutes. Do not disconnect or power off the TBox during the upgrade.
Wait for the TBox to reboot, which indicates that the upgrade was successful.
Plan B: Use a micro SD card and connect it to a charger:
Format the micro SD card to FAT32 and transfer the update file onto it.
Connect the TBox to a charger power supply and insert the micro SD card after the red light turns on.
Wait for approximately 10 minutes for the upgrade to complete successfully.
Q: What is the solution to the problem of split-screen not being supported by Google Maps during use?
A:Access the "Settings" on your device.
Proceed to "Navigation setup".
Click on "Launcher navigation widget settings".

Here are the steps to upgrade the firmware using a USB flash drive:
Format a micro SD card to FAT32 and copy the "Update.zip" file to the root directory of the TF card.

Rename the file to "Update.zip" and copy it to the root directory of the TF card.
Insert the TF card into the AirPlay Adapter AI BOX. The system will prompt you to update automatically. Click "Update" and do not remove the dongle while the upgrade is in progress.
