30-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the complexity of international transportation, please confirm the product information carefully before ordering. If it is not a product quality problem, we do not accept unreasonable returns and refund requests.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
To start a return, you can contact us at binizeofficial@gmail.com. If the return is accepted, we’ll give you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Express receipt
Unsuccessful receipt of the express is divided into the following two situations:
A: If it is proven that the item was lost in the process, we will arrange the second shipment for you immediately.
B: If it is proven that the item has been delivered successfully, you need to contact the logistics company to which the delivery service belongs to confirm the final delivery according to the tracking number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the product shows evidence of installation or user abuse, or cannot be resold when returned, we reserve the right to reject the returned item or charge a 10% fee.
Warranty
After this 30-day period, you will enjoy a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all our major products and a warranty on all purchased accessories. If your product fails during this period, you should contact us via email for technical support as soon as possible. We will then arrange to repair or replace your items. You are responsible for the return postage. Items returned to us found to be non-faulty after inspection will be subject to a 20% standard inspection fee and applicable return postage. The warranty does not cover failures caused by accident, negligence, and misuse. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio heads, etc.), consumables (CDs, cables and plugs, attached accessories, etc.), and appearance damage are not covered by the insurance. Pixel failure is not covered by the warranty, so it is not covered by any claims. Firmware updates that are not directly recommended or performed by us will automatically invalidate any warranty. If the product is not installed by a suitably qualified professional, it also constitutes misuse.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, We will arrange a refund within 1 day, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The reference time for you to receive the refund is 7-15 working days.
